6. Payment, Fees & Refunds
6.1. Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase or outlined in your program agreement.
6.2. All payments are due as specified. Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension or removal from programs or events.
6.3. Due to the nature of coaching, strategy, digital content, and advisory work, refunds are generally not provided, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
6.4. Payment plans are a convenience; they do not cancel your obligation to pay the full agreed amount.
7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Consumer Guarantees
7.1. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
7.2. If you are a “consumer” under the ACL, you may be entitled to guarantees regarding the quality and delivery of services.
7.3. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-supply or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
7.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and where allowable under the ACL, our liability is limited to:
Re-supplying the services; or
Paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
